El Lago!!!!!

we got out on the big water today. And Sebago gave up a nice fat 21 inch togue, Dylan caught it of course I am cursed when it comes to lakers. Here are a few photos of our morning out on the water.

A sweet new fly shop just opened in Town Windham.  Trident Fly Shop is sick, they carry most high end rod and reel lines, gear from trout pond, lines and leaders from SA and Rio and waders and other gear from Simms, Patagonia and Redington. Summer in March??

With this unreal weather we have been having the last two weeks we have been getting out and having some unreal spring fishing!  It's nice to be out in t-shirts in March.  And catching big rainbows and browns isn't to bad either!  Check out these hogs!

Fly Fishing Film Tour

Tomorrow out first film is going to be shown at the Brunswick, Maine stop of the 2012 film tour.  We are supper excited!  The film Titled The Best of River Bug 2011 is a little over 5 minutes of straight fish porn!!  2011 was a great year for big fish!!  After the weekend a link to the video will be put online.

Salmon River Round 2

Well its official we are going back to the Salmon River again for our Easter break in April.  We are staying at the School house in Altmar which will be very convenient for us to access the lower and upper fly zones.  With not a lot of snow this winter we are hoping that water levels will be reasonable!
